Seda Abreeza Davao

The function event was where service let us down. Coordination and responsiveness could have been better, especially for a larger event or group function. The rest of my stay at Seda Davao was good. The front office team were welcoming, efficient, and very helpful, and the newly renovated rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Being right beside Abreeza Mall is a big plus for dining, shopping, and meetings. It's still a solid hotel choice in Davao.

The rooms were clean and looked after, and the whole place felt safe and well organized. It has a simple modern look with a little elegance, which made it easy to relax. The location is convenient and accessible, including for families and people with disabilities. Staff were welcoming and helpful. A comfortable, convenient choice.

The hotel is right across the road from a mall, which is handy. I had a great stay at Seda Abreeza, and the staff were fantastic and really helpful. I love the Seda hotel franchise. It’s my go-to whenever I visit the Philippines.

At checkout, around 9:30 AM, we told reception about a knock on our door earlier that morning. We were staying in Room 703 for one night, Feb 16-17, 2026, and between about 8:00 and 9:00 AM someone who seemed to work at the hotel asked whether we were checking out and when. They hadn’t given us notice or clearly said their name or department. We were still within our stay period, so the question left us uncomfortable and feeling as if we were being hurried out. Unexpected questions at the door about occupancy or checkout can raise privacy and safety concerns when the person hasn’t identified themselves. I’m sharing this so the hotel can clarify its procedures and reinforce staff protocols for guests’ comfort and security.
