If you're thinking of renting daily or monthly in this Marina complex, or buying a unit, be aware that a house across the street has many dogs that bark early in the morning and during the day. Their noise can be heard from most units. They are put outside in the street area to use the bathroom because there's no yard. One has mange, and sometimes they go crazy even when inside the house. Unit owners and guests have complained to the dog owners, and the Marina has been informed, but they say it's not their property and they can't do anything. Many people come to Dumaguete for a peaceful stay, so be aware this is a daily problem and complaints haven't changed anything.
