Friendly staff, clean rooms, and strong AC. The location's amazing!

The rooms look presentable, but we had freezing cold water for our entire stay. We raised it with staff several times, and they said they'd switched on the generator. I don't think there even is one, and it felt like they were brushing us off. We weren't expecting perfect facilities, but the water was so cold that even the hot weather didn't make it bearable. It didn't seem like the building had hot water at all, and they were just bluffing. We arrived at 3 am after a flight delay. I saw the big blue refill bottles around and asked if there was somewhere to fill our water, but staff said no and sent me down the street to look for an open place. That was a struggle in a town we didn't know. They don't seem to care much. I wouldn't recommend staying here; there are probably cheaper, better places elsewhere.

The drain in our bathroom in room 2D kept backing up with water from when we used it last Wednesday until Thursday morning. We asked for another room, but the front desk said none were available and could only point us to a shared CR on the 4/F. Each time we complained, they just removed the water. This was unhygienic, risky, and could easily cause an accident, yet the staff shrugged it off. Probably the worst room we've had on vacation. I'd give it no stars, but Google Maps requires at least one. We're definitely not coming back, and we'll warn our friends not to book here.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. But it was very noisy and dirty, with cockroaches in our room and a disgusting sewage smell from the bathroom around the clock. The water pressure was basically nonexistent, and the AC didn't really work. Wouldn't recommend it.
