We’d planned to stay just one night, but ended up staying four. The room was lovely and the area calm, with fresh towels. Alfredo is a nice restaurant two minutes away with lots of choice, and El Nido town is easy to reach. Thanks to the team, and especially Cheryl, for making everything go smoothly. We booked snorkeling, and they picked us up at the hotel after the complimentary breakfast they offer every day. Thanks again.

It’s a cozy hotel in a quiet area, not too far from El Nido town, and a good place to relax. The included breakfasts are basic but tasty, and make a nice start to the day. You can take a short walk to the beach for stunning sunsets, or spend the afternoon swimming at the prettier but more touristy Maremegmeg beach. A great budget stay.

There are seven rooms in this quiet neighbourhood. The place is simple, with no safe or fridge, but the AC is quiet and the shower has hot water. Breakfast is good and has plenty of Western choices. The only real pity is that the inside walls are so thin you share your privacy with the guests next door.

The staff made our backpacking stay especially enjoyable. When I told the receptionist my friend had food poisoning, they let us extend our stay in the same room and cancel the van ride we’d booked. They even brought us complimentary tea outside breakfast hours. The family room had everything we needed and more, including very comfortable beds, a clean bathroom with working utilities, good AC and Wi-Fi. There are lots of good restaurants nearby at more reasonable prices, and tricycles close by to take you into downtown El Nido. Hwan Dynasty was perfect for my friend and me. Definitely recommend!

We were only here for one night, but the Hwan Dynasty team gave us such great service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, including sorting out a small mix-up with our tour pickup that had been arranged through another provider. Our room was spacious, with great AC and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was included, and we paid a little extra for a brewed coffee. Thanks for a great stay 😊
