We eventually stayed somewhere else. When we asked at reception whether a room would be available the next day, the staff member was playing on his phone and said he didn't know. We asked if he could check, but he told us to come back, probably tomorrow. He stayed seated with his phone the whole time.

The rooms were clean and had basic amenities, and the location is excellent. The owners were responsive, though the night staff seemed too busy on their phones to help much. It can be a little hard to find, but it's worth the money.
