The P100 entry charge feels a bit much when all you want is a walk along the wooden boardwalk, especially if you visit often and the cost keeps adding up. I do understand it helps pay for upkeep, particularly after the typhoon. Even so, the views, atmosphere, and watching surfers make Cloud 9 worth visiting for me. Walking out over the reef with the ocean breeze and seeing the pros ride those waves is a thrill, even if you don't surf. The tower view is gorgeous, and sunrise or sunset makes the place feel especially magical. It's a lovely spot for a stroll, and I’ll definitely return to this Siargao favorite.

It's one of the Philippines' best surfing spots, with boards to rent and paid lessons available. We visited for the first time and it ended up being a trip highlight. Go at sunrise for photos: there were few people around, and the rising sun made the moment feel magical. If you're driving a car, finding parking can be difficult. Entry costs 100 pesos.

Cloud 9 is a beautiful must-see in Siargao, with impressive ocean views from the boardwalk and tower and plenty of photo opportunities. The 100 PHP fee feels unfair when you have to pay again each time you leave and return. I think it should cover the whole day, so people can come and go without worrying about re-entry, especially travelers staying nearby. Our hotel was right across from the spot, but we couldn't go back because of the extra fee. Plan your visit carefully if you go.

The P100 entrance charge seems too high for what you get. There's just an unfinished boardwalk, though it's still worth a few photos. The place needs improvement.
