We really love the food, especially the pizza, which my family and friends like a lot. But food service takes a long time, so you have to wait and be patient. We were also unhappy with how some employees handled our room reservation. They seemed poorly coordinated and gave us conflicting answers about check-in and the proper checkout time. It got messy, and I hope the staff can improve their communication.

The location is too far from the commercial centers, and the service is bad.

There are restaurants inside the hotel and nearby, and parking is easy thanks to the spacious lot. The rooms are nice, with soft, comfortable beds.

The owner is very hands-on, and the customer service is good. The room is fairly spacious, and the restaurant serves a good breakfast.
