Gensan Apartment Rental

I rate places according to the country they're in, rather than worldwide standards. There are different kinds of rooms in the building, so this rating is for the one I stayed in. The building is nice and near the main street, with plenty of shops and places to eat. Save More is also close, and you can pay there by credit card. The location worked well for me. My room was decent and had what I needed, and the caretaker was helpful and nice. There were some issues in the room, though. I saw termites on the outside part, but no other bugs. The outside door wasn't great, and the restroom door was bad. A sliding door would work better. The sink and mirror didn't seem securely installed, and I was afraid to put my weight on them. The shower's own heater caused water pressure problems. The light switch should be replaced, and the sockets need replacing or fixing because it was hard to plug in a charger. There's room for repairs and improvement. I was fine staying here, and would recommend it to people looking for an affordable base of operations who don't need luxury.
