The rooms have a double bed, air conditioning, a worktable and chairs, and cabinets for your things. There's also a back-door smoking area, a nice, functional bathroom with hot and cold shower, Wi-Fi, and a TV. They serve short orders from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Customer service is good, and rates range from 500 to 800 pesos depending on how many people are staying and for how many hours.

We found this place while looking for somewhere to work on our capstone and thesis during defense season. It's much more affordable than the usual city inns, clean, and has what you need. With the shortcut, the city and its essentials are very close. The staff are accommodating, and the food is affordable if you don't have time to go back into town. The location can be confusing if you follow Google Maps and miss the small shortcut ahead, but otherwise it seems fine. Wi-Fi works well on laptops, though it's very slow on our phones. I'd recommend it for activities like ours.

It's quiet and clean, with a huge bed and soft, clean sheets. The meals are affordable, hot, and delicious. I'll have to order tuna sisig again. You can ask for your dish to be made without salt, too ☺️. I got breakfast for two through Agoda for just 630.00. It's a long way from the main road, but they can take you from the guest house to the road for 20.00. The kuya guard and cooks were accommodating. Thanks for packing my breakfast.

Comfy, clean, and well organized, and I slept really well. It was worth the money. Getting to malls and shops was difficult for me, but I had an excellent stay overall. I'd recommend it. Thanks!

The room was great for our overnight stay: four people for only 800, without breakfast. The bathroom sink faucet didn't work, which is why I'm giving four stars.
