This felt nothing like a hotel, and it’s the worst one I’ve stayed at in Gensan. The staff looked overworked, our room booking was wrong, and the charges were unclear, so they came as a surprise. The owner’s attitude was the worst part. She clearly doesn’t understand good customer service and even hung up while our friend was trying to explain our concerns. I can’t deal with this place. Don’t bring visitors here, you’ll just be embarrassed.

This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The owner made several mistakes and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, then was still rude to us on the phone. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here.

The facilities are good, but the customer service is awful and the staff seem traumatized. The owner, Charmaine Dagoy, is rude and condescending. You may want to think twice before booking.

There’s a small, limited kitchen, but it has what you need to make a meal. Everything works, and the rooms are spacious and very clean, with what one or two people would need.
