Getting around was easy, with tricycles and Grab available right outside, and two hospitals nearby. There are also several coffee shops close by, including Nikko's Brew, Starbucks, and Cafe Firenzo. The staff and security were exceptionally accommodating. In the room, there was free water, tea, coffee, and cable TV, though the air conditioner was noisy. The toilet area was small but stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and cotton swabs. Breakfast had a good variety and quality.

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the WiFi was fast. Rooms have a Holiday Inn style, with a hygiene kit that includes a brush, slippers, and soap. The air conditioning was cold, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor that stays open 24/7.

The internet was slow and unreliable, and I had to leave my room to get a decent connection. That’s annoying, especially at a hotel so well placed near the city center and prominent malls. The accommodation and service have a luxurious feel and hold up well against nearby hotels. For convenience and decent accommodation together, this is a good choice. 👍👍

The room had the usual amenities, including bottled water, toiletries, cable TV, and internet access, and the buffet breakfast was good. We moved here because Google showed it near the Yellow bus terminal, but the terminal for Davao isn’t actually close. Since the hotel is along the highway, taxis and tricycles are scarce. As a first-time visitor to General Santos, I’d suggest getting friendly with a driver so you can call them when you need help or are in a hurry. Watch the door too: the hallway is open, and a bug was waiting as we came in. I managed to step on it quickly. 😅

I stayed two nights in a spacious, clean, tidy room, but they didn’t clean it after my first night. The shower worked only if you held the handle, and the door should have an inside deadlock for security. Breakfast at Firenzo was yummy, and the staff were friendly. Security followed health protocols.
