This wasn't worth the money. It took so long to find the place, and they charged 100 even though I stayed only about 15 minutes because it was almost 2 PM. There was an extra charge to use a bed, but no blankets or pillows. The water was dirty too. Instead of properly fixing the issue by turning it off, they moved me to another room, where the toilet was damaged. The food I ordered looked and tasted nothing like the menu, which was really disappointing, especially with the poor service. There was dirt and cat poop around as well. The WiFi was so weak that I couldn't work properly on my laptop.

The staff were the best part for me. They were accommodating, provided necessities, and made sure we were comfortable. Just a heads up, some of them don't speak bisaya, so be ready to use English or Tagalog. We stayed for a vacation, and it didn't disappoint. The rates felt fair for what you get, not cheap or expensive. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The air-con worked so well that we hardly needed it because it was already cold. It's a little off the road, so you'll walk to reach the main road and get a ride. It takes at least five minutes, manageable unless you don't like walking. They serve food, though we didn't order any. There's also a cafe and convenience store beside the entrance if you don't want to walk farther for one item. I recommend it if it's your first time in this city.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. The location was convenient, and the usual room amenities, TV, WiFi, and AC, were decent. But the room didn't seem to have been cleaned or maintained recently when we arrived. There was dust on the floor, spider webs everywhere, and cockroaches crawling around. The bathroom smelled bad, the bidet didn't work, and there was leftover hair on the floor. In the kitchen area, the cabinet handles were just rusty screws. I told a staff member about the roaches and spiders, but he didn't do anything. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. One window pane was out of place, and there were no curtains, so we woke up to a bright room at 6 in the morning. This felt a level or two below a budget stay. We would have checked out after the first night, but we arrived tired and late, and there was nowhere else available nearby. Hopefully the owner can make improvements.

The staff were incredibly helpful with our last-minute booking. The room was okay, though the doors didn't fully shut, so we had to wedge our luggage against one. It's on a narrow street and there's no designated parking, which makes the location a bit difficult. Still, it felt safe to park in the open area in front of the inn.
