Casa La Granja has a Moroccan feel that makes it stand out. It's inside a subdivision, so it feels a bit secluded and away from city noise. My concerns are that they don't offer discounts for PWDs or senior citizens, and they don't reply to inquiries on FB Messenger.

The staff are very nice, and the hotel has a homey atmosphere. Our room had plenty of space, and the neighborhood was quiet. Warm bath water is available, and you can ask for a "tabo" if, like me, you don't feel comfortable using the bidet. There's also a swimming pool, plus free coffee and merienda. Their local coffee is a must-try. The food was tasty, so kudos to the cooks, though breakfast comes as a plated meal or from a limited selection. WiFi was strong by reception but weak in the rooms.

The interior shows the owners' passion for art, and the rooms are very spacious. It's a hometel with Moroccan inspiration and a lovely ambience. Lapaz Plaza, the famous Madge Cafe, and Original Netong’s Lapaz Batchoy are only meters away.

The food was great, but the food reservation system needs work. The pool should be cleaned too, and the aircon's horsepower should be better matched to the room size.

The staff are nice and very accommodating, and the place is peaceful. Construction is supposed to finish next week. Some rooms have windows that can't be opened, and the aircon is too noisy. The corridors and atrium need more attention to cleanliness. It was okay overall, though overpriced, but the price is negotiable. I'd go back if I get the chance.
