There are only about 20 rooms, so it feels more like visiting a rich auntie than staying in a commercial hotel. It was mostly quiet, though in December we could hear drums being practiced across the street at Iloilo national high school for January's Dinagyang. The rooms were fairly clean, and my sons called the beds “awesome.” At 3k++ a night per room, I thought it was good value. Breakfast was included, but pretty basic: longganisa, corned beef or tocino with egg and rice.

We spent 10 days here and found the location handy, with historic Molo plaza and mansion within walking distance and the main parts of the city just a quick Grab ride away. Our room was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the included Filipino breakfast. The front desk and service team were excellent, and happy to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended!

The shower was the best I've had in PH. The owners were awesome and made us feel like family, and the staff were great too. Really nice hotel.
