The spa was great, and the whole stay felt perfect. Every staff member was eager to help, with a fantastic front desk team led by Raphael and Kate. Ryan also gave us great food recommendations and suggestions for places to see. I can't recommend it highly enough!

We felt very well looked after at Citadines and will definitely book again soon. Sir Raph at the Front Desk went the extra mile to arrange a baby crib and a lovely anniversary welcome setup in our room, and Jose of Room service prepared everything. The staff were all accommodating and helped make the stay special. Breakfast at Manifesto Restaurant was wonderful, with lots of delicious choices and a particularly good egg station.

The pool and pool area were perfect, and the guys at the pool bar were especially amazing and helpful. The room was really good and had a lot of space. I've only been here for just over two days, but I have nothing to complain about. If I go to the Philippines again, I'd definitely stay here. I recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at Citadines during the week of the earthquake, and the staff responded right from the first tremor. They went to their stations and guided guests downstairs. We had a senior in our group, so we asked for help, and staff came over immediately. They brought chairs and water to make sure our lola was okay, then offered to escort her back upstairs. Hours later, they called to check on her. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay smooth. I can't commend the staff and manager enough!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable. The hotel was really nice overall. The bathroom could use more attention, though: the toilet bowl and floor tiles looked a bit yellowish and could have been cleaner.
