El Haciendero Private Hotel

Room 10 had plenty of space, with a table, chairs, a cabinet with a hanger, and a lampshade. The parking area was spacious, and the staff and security were accommodating. There was a separate shower and washroom with hot and cold water, plus free water at reception. Eateries and canteens are nearby, as are the Cathedral, plaza, and Hypermarket. The room had no bidet or wifi connection.

The libreng sakay bus passes Robinson's Place, so you can get to the Esplanade or elsewhere without worrying about the fare. Shops and services nearby include a mall, hypermarket, milktea shop, bakery, and laundry. I stayed four nights and slept soundly. My Junior Executive Room and my acquaintances' Quad Room were both clean, though ours was more spacious.

The rooms were neat, the accommodation was good, and there were nice deals. Wifi worked, even if it wasn't as fast as it should be. Most things were pretty good, but on our second night there was a brownout and the generator didn't start right away, which was inconvenient. The water also seemed dirty at night and sometimes didn't flow. I hope they fix that.

Agoda showed a price of 1600 for 4 adults. I called the receptionist, who confirmed a room was still available, but when we checked in the price had gone up to 2200. The receptionist asked if we needed a receipt, and we said no. I was then asked to sign what I guess was a receipt voucher, with my name and signature but no amount shown. I asked about the guest amenities, and was told it was only coffee for breakfast because the room was already 15% off. Lol...
