We were really impressed by our two-night stay. The room felt warm and comfortable from the moment we walked in, with a classic interior, lots of space, and spotless cleanliness. The location made things easy too. A convenience store and the SM Shopping Center are both a short walk away. Highly recommended if you want a cozy place in a convenient spot!

The room was spacious, and I loved the bathroom view of the clean Iloilo River. I appreciated having a Smart TV instead of the standard cable setup you find in most hotels. Breakfast was delicious, though my one complaint is that the Wi-Fi was unstable.

The karaoke sounded really clear, and the food and service were good too. We rented a KTV room that fit 15 people for our year-end party. I'd recommend it for a small get-together.

We were still waiting for our room almost an hour after the scheduled 2:00 PM check-in. The hotel knows how many guests are coming, so they should be ready for them. The employees helping with accommodation also didn't make visitors feel very welcome. I hope the hotel takes this as a reason to improve its system.

The room, bed, and bathroom are all big. The air-conditioning didn't get very cold, even on a low temperature setting, and I hope they improve the breakfast quality.
