The proprietors were very helpful, and the WiFi was excellent. Getting hot water meant going downstairs, which was a pain since there are no kettles in the rooms. Hot water is also cheaper than cold, though I'm not sure why. Festive Walk is fairly convenient, about a 10-minute walk. It was noisy starting around 6am, with a cockerel waking me even earlier. Every morning I was woken either by other guests getting wake-up knocks or by the family getting up.

The rooms are spacious, but poorly planned, very bare and dark, with very basic lighting. The pillows felt so cheap they gave me a stiff neck, and the price seems high for the state of the rooms and amenities. For comparison, you can get a comfortable room at Injap via agoda without breakfast but with complete amenities. It's a walk-up inn with very limited amenities and too many restrictions. No massage or makeup for events allowed. The walls aren't soundproof, so I heard a child screaming next door in the wee hours. It's family-managed, with no breakfast included and no Wi-Fi internet. There's a SmartTV, but no internet connection.

It's family-owned and near mega world, a good option for big and lite travel on an easy budget. Just keep in mind that checking in early comes with a fee.
