The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room looked fine, but it had a kulob smell. There’s no bidet either, so you have to use a dipper/tabo.

It’s close to everything, and the staff are kind and hospitable. Great hotel.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The towel had stains, though, and the internet was slow enough that I had to use mobile data during my stay.

I felt safe there, and the room met its standard. The staff were friendly and professional, and it’s close to malls, restaurants, and other establishments.

My family has always checked in at this hotel, but lately we’ve been disappointed by the air conditioning. It doesn’t work well and is very noisy. Midtown should improve its service too: there’s no hot water in the rooms for coffee or tea. A 3 star hotel should have an electric percolator to boil water when needed. They also don’t provide the needed toiletries. I’d say Midtown’s standard is no longer attractive to customers.
