The people were nice and the service was good. They tried to help and offered us other rooms, but none were available. The stay itself was rough enough that we couldn’t manage the 2 nights we’d planned. There was debris and termites in the room, with termite poop continually falling onto the bed. We kept sweeping it away but didn’t want to sleep in the bacteria. The photos didn’t match how it looked in real life, and everything felt old and not durable. The first pool was very green and so dirty we couldn’t see the bottom, with water below our knees; the second pool had no water. The beach was dirty too. The bathroom was tiny, with the shower and toilet placed unevenly. There were cockroaches and lots of mosquitos. We couldn’t sleep because the aircon was loud and it was hot, and the walls had poor isolation, so we heard everything outside. The restaurant food wasn’t appetizing.

Trash was scattered all around the area, and the room felt poorly maintained. It smelled, the restroom was dirty, the faucet leaked, and the AC was very loud. Our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The beach is close by, and the pools are very clean. The place looks nice.

The beach needs a clean up, it’s full of trash. Paying someone to clean it every morning would, I bet, make the place a lot better. The room I got was great, clean, and came with amenities. It’s convenient for the city, with gated parking at the back.

We spent two nights here just to sleep. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious, and the bathroom was small but clean, with a bidet and exhaust fan. The property is gated, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The gate to the beach stays locked, but they can open it if you ask. There was still debris on the beach from the recent typhoon. San Mig light and Red Horse are available.
