Injap Tower Hotel

The staff service was the best part for me. Everyone was kind and clearly put effort into their work. I also liked being close to SM City and Cubics. The pool was under maintenance during our one-night stay, which was disappointing, and the soundproofing isn't great since you can hear other people. Luckily, the neighbors near us weren't loud. I'd rate the experience 8.5/10. Nice and affordable, and I'd recommend it.

The room, bed, and CR were clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly too. We waited about five minutes in the lobby before they told us the room was ready. This ended up being one of our better hotel stays, and it seems worth the price since similar hotels can cost two or three times as much per night. I saw complaints about damage charges and parking, but our stay was pleasant. Just don't stain the sheets or towels or damage hotel property, and contact the front desk right away if something isn't working. A few things could be better. The window on the 15th floor was dirty inside and out, even though I had requested a room with a view of SM. The rightmost elevator, when facing the doors from outside, felt disorienting compared with the middle one. You do need a keycard to reach the room floors, which is a plus. Signal on the 15th floor was poor, and both mobile data and the room WiFi were slow, though that may be outside the hotel's control. Maybe we were just lucky, but I'd stay here again on a future trip to Iloilo.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the nearby amenities came in handy. Still, I was very disappointed with our one-night stay. The air-conditioning vents were broken and wouldn't stay in place, and the toilet wouldn't flush until we brought it to the staff's attention. We also only found out the pool was under maintenance when we went to swim.

It's in a handy spot, right across from SM Iloilo, with a 7/11 close by and small markets selling street food at night. We used Grab to get around the city and paid 80-150 pesos each way, which was much better than renting a tour package. The elevator ride was so smooth you barely felt it. Guests can use a small pool and gym, and the staff were accommodating. I'd put it on the list if you're looking for a hotel.
