The building is nice, has all the amenities, and the staff were great. The apartment we booked for a month was okay, but needs some updates. The bathroom stays damp, shower water leaks into the toilet area, and the windows could use better soundproofing. My main issue was with the agent and facility manager, Ms. JULIE RODRIGUEZ. She asked for an extra cleaning fee that hadn't been agreed on, unless we'd left the place trashed, which we hadn't. She also wanted to charge us for a misaligned range hood filter that could have been fixed with a simple push, saying it needed maintenance. Our deposit wasn't returned promptly, and she stopped replying to follow-ups after the transaction. Maybe it was because we didn't answer her numerous requests to see units. We eventually found the unit's owner and got our money back. Agents or facility managers like this can hurt the business. If you're visiting, keep the owner's contact details handy as well as the agent's.

I spent almost a month here and had a wonderful stay. The location made it easy to get around and reach what I needed. The pool was always clean and well maintained, and the amenities were fantastic. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had plenty of room for a big family, and the place was very clean. The owner was really nice, and the hotel staff were accommodating.

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, with a nice view, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It's an easy walk to Festive mall and the range of restaurants in Megaworld. Seems great for a staycation, a small party, or a getaway with friends or family.

The owner was kind when I spoke with her, but both of us were made to jump through hoops by the condominium complex. At check-in, the guard abruptly demanded my name, and the front desk woman seemed not to care. I'd booked through Agoda, and apparently the condo's "policy" requires my date of birth, address, phone number, emergency contact, and signature on a photocopy of my passport. Handing over all that information felt stupid, since it could easily be used for fraud. Why insist on it? "Policy," apparently.
