I stayed one night. The road is easy to use for commuting, though public transport access is a plus. Across the street there’s a cemetery, which made the setting less appealing, and the Wi-Fi was a little slow.

A good budget hotel, clean and simple, with nice air conditioning. There’s a TV, but not all the channels are available.

The room was about 3 by 5 meters, bathroom included, so it was small, but this is a typical transient place that works well for backpackers. The bathroom had hot and cold water, which was a plus. Instead of a work or bedside table, there was a sink in the room, and the cupboard was used in place of a dresser. There were several outlets for charging devices. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, and we were lucky to get a room directly above it, where the signal was strong. The owner or caretaker seemed thoughtful about guests. The toiletry pack had shampoo and toothpaste as well as soap and toilet paper, which I haven’t found at other small pension houses or dormitels. The place is gated and has parking inside. It’s right beside a supermarket, with some fast-food places just a few meters away. Getting around by public transport was the downside: we had to take a jeepney several times to reach our destination. You can take a cab, but they’re scarce here since it’s off a major highway. We paid Php899 for a room for two. That’s reasonable, though cheaper pension houses are available if you know the area and book early. The place is good and I’d recommend it, just don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed. Hope these few room photos help. Enjoy your travels :)
