We’re seasoned travelers, and this was a terrible three-week stay for my wife and me in Imus Cavite at Imus Transient House. For the money we paid each night, the rooms were mediocre. The mattress in our first room hurt my back. They’re so cheap they don’t even put curtains in the room, just tape pieces of paper over the glass door and window, so there’s no privacy. There’s no hot shower unless you heat the water manually. In the other room, the air conditioning was so inadequate we couldn’t use the living room. They also don’t have housekeeping. When I asked the caretaker to change the sheets, she just handed them to me and I had to do it myself. What was the nightly rate for, then? She even gave me an ugly face when I asked her to clean the room. We paid by the night for better service, not to stay in a monthly apartment. Don’t stay here. We don’t recommend it.
