Absolutely horrible. The room was dirty, the bed had no changed linen, and the shower had no working hot water. The bidet water was warmer than the shower, and the sink had no running water, so I couldn’t even wash my hands.

The place is near the public market, though tucked away from the main street. I booked it through booking.com last November for 700+ pesos and didn’t expect much, but it still fell short. The towels weren’t ready, so I had to go down to reception to get them. There was no TV remote, meaning I had to operate it manually. Also, the bidet water was warmer than the shower water, which seemed weird.

I’d read another review saying they took someone’s money online and didn’t honor the booking. I figured it might have been a one-off, but the same thing happened to me. They literally took our money. I’m not sure what to do, go to the police? Ridiculous.

Be very wary. They took the money we paid on Agoda and cancelled the booking, even though Agoda said we still had it. Scammers.

The rooms were mediocre, and the hot and cold shower wasn’t working. There was no water in the morning, so you have to get up early if you want to bathe.
