This place was right beside our client, and the WiFi was strong. The hotel was clean, spacious, and super affordable. We met the owner, and he was really nice. They have water dispensers too. Just a heads-up, breakfast isn't served here. If money's tight, look for affordable places to eat first.

We booked four rooms for one night. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, and our plated breakfast was enough for us. The coffee was surprisingly good. The rooms were clean, with comfortable mattresses and nice warm showers, though the place looks dated and worn now, and some of the digital locks were broken. Still, we got a restful night's sleep.

Breakfast comes as one set meal, fish, poached egg, rice, and tomatoes wrapped on a plate, with no choice. The entrance is down an alley. Our balcony sliding door wouldn't shut completely, so hot, humid air kept coming in, and the shower water never got warmer than cool. We stayed one night in a basic room, and that's pretty much what it was: a very basic hotel experience.

The air conditioning was out for all three days we stayed, and the amenities were poor. I don't recommend this place.

A room with two single beds or one king bed costs P1,800, breakfast buffet included. The hotel is a 10-minute tricycle ride from the airport, and the cable TV is digital. Rooms are well maintained, and the heater works fine.
