The staff were welcoming and helpful, which I appreciated. Still, it was hard to ignore the room issues: it was small, the Wi-Fi kept dropping, and the large TV often had a weak signal. Noise starting around 5-6am also made it impossible to sleep.

The three-bedroom suite had plenty of space, and after the long trip my officemates and I slept so comfortably. The beds were soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room was clean and well kept with what we needed. Staff made us feel at home and were warm from the moment we arrived. My first trip to Mindanao turned into such a memorable stay. I’d happily return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Koronadal City.

It would be nice if breakfast were included for every guest. The hotel has a peaceful, nature-like feel, and the rooms are comfortable with just the right amenities. Since it’s a new place, all the facilities were working well.

We had a roomy triple-sharing room with everything we needed. The lobby felt spacious and looked great, and the hallways were wide. Service was good, with nothing to complain about.
