The room had an amazing view, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. It’s a good budget option for friends traveling together. Just look into the area first: the town is noisy, and if you stay in town, you’ll hear it in most places.

We stayed three days and had a spectacular time, so the low ratings seem crazy to me. The service was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and I had one of the best massages ever. The balcony view was also one of the best, and we were close to pretty much everything. I’d book without hesitation, you won’t regret it.

We were very happy with our five days here. Our third-floor street-view room was clean and tidy, smelled like a proper hotel, and had wonderfully cold AC. The bathroom was clean and had a bidet. It’s a decent place right in the heart of El Nido, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating, from breakfast through to reception. When we checked out, security let us know we’d left something in the room. I recommend staying here.

The staff were really nice and the location was perfect, but the noise made our room unacceptable. We were put directly under ongoing construction and woke early every day to loud hammering and other building sounds. The hotel never warned us or offered another room. If they knew the work would be going on, they should have kept that room empty until it was finished. That isn’t fair to paying guests.

The location is the main draw, right across from the beach and next to Town Square, so it’s easy to get around. The newer wing is the better choice: book a Deluxe Room, since the other side of the hotel is noticeably older. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra ₱300 per hour. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few options and not much that felt like breakfast food. I ate there once, then went elsewhere for the next few days. If the Wi-Fi goes down, don’t count on a quick fix. Also, the hotel’s direct rates were higher than those on other booking sites. Choosing the right room and skipping breakfast could make a big difference.
