6/10
The place is quiet and doesn't feel like it's in a busy area, and the location is convenient for Robinsons Laoag. Service was okay, and the staff treated us well. Parking is limited, though, since it's right beside the hotel building. We started enjoying our stay until bugs began crawling around our room, including cockroaches and a swarm of ants. Food probably isn't safe to leave in the room unless it's sealed properly. The hotel looks promising and is affordable, so I hope they do proper maintenance.

The location is convenient, but the bathroom had lots of mould and the drainage from the toilet smelled awful. The shower barely worked, though there was a pail you could use. I hope the hotel pays more attention to bathroom cleanliness.

The staff were polite and helpful, but the bathroom was filthy and its door locked me in twice. It also took me two hours to find the hotel. I don't know what else to say.

Dirty rooms, stained sheets, bad WiFi, and unfriendly staff. It's close to the mall, but that's all. A place I'd avoid.

The staff were friendly, though it was hard to find them at the information desk. They should provide a water heater for drinking and slippers. Still, it was a good experience.
