The road to the resort is extremely narrow, one-way, and dangerously bumpy, and there’s no proper parking for cars once you get there. The bathrooms were filthy, with dirty, foul-smelling water and doors that wouldn’t close properly. The low-quality DJ music only added to the chaos instead of creating a relaxing atmosphere. Our booking had been made in advance and confirmed by text, but when we arrived we were told it was “already booked.” Staff never clarified whether it was our booking or someone else’s. They shouted at us instead of helping with a solution, and the manager argued rather than apologizing. The whole interaction showed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic customer service. From the moment we arrived, we felt no respect at all. This place failed us on service, management, facilities, and access. If you value your time, money, and dignity, I strongly advise you to stay away.

We arrived at 5 PM with a confirmed cottage booking, but were told to wait until 7 PM because other guests were still using it. Nobody had told us this in advance. When we raised the issue, the manager was rude, didn’t apologize, and blamed us for the misunderstanding, even though it was their failure to manage and communicate properly. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely unprofessional. With no other option, we sat at one of their tables and chairs while we waited. The place felt disorganized, as if they didn’t care about guests. The comfort room (CR) was extremely dirty, and staff sat around doing nothing the whole time. There was no effort to make us feel welcome or comfortable. The road to the resort was in very bad condition, making the trip difficult and uncomfortable. Total disappointment: poor service, bad attitude, dirty facilities, and a hard-to-reach location. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They need serious improvements in customer service, management, cleanliness, and accessibility.

The place never felt relaxing, mostly because upkeep and service were both so poor. The comfort room was unclean and outdated, other areas looked neglected, and some amenities didn’t work right. Staff were unhelpful from the beginning, including the receptionist and manager, who seemed unsure how to assist guests. They were dismissive and sometimes disrespectful, which left us feeling unwelcome. For what we expected to pay for a resort, even a pleasant atmosphere and decent service were missing. I can’t recommend it unless they make serious improvements to maintenance and customer care.

The resort looked dated and poorly cared for, and the pool didn’t seem clean. We’d reserved a cottage, but on arrival were told it had been double-booked. Staff said it was our fault and wouldn’t listen, so we used tables instead to avoid a bigger argument. Even after we let the issue go, a manager or owner came over aggressively to question our booking. The staff had already sounded angry and unfriendly on the phone, and the whole visit felt stressful and unwelcoming.
