It's a simple, affordable place for a short stay, and the location is good. I was in the family room, which had a clean separate toilet and bath. The linens and towels were clean, toiletries were supplied, and the AC worked well. Breakfast tasted good. The wifi could be better, but I recommend the place. :-)

If all you need is somewhere to sleep or have a movie night with friends, this place does the job. Booking is easy and the rooms are inexpensive, perhaps because it isn't very popular and has plenty of rooms. Ours was spacious and had facilities, but upkeep could be better. It looked dim and oddly discolored, which made it feel rather dreary.

A convenient stop for travelers passing through Cebu, with local transport available around the clock, easy cab access, and parking on site. The staff are very accommodating. The building has an international school on the ground and second floors, with lodging above, and offers a pool, wifi, laundry, and several other amenities.

This is an affordable, secure base in Mactan, whether you're a student staying longer at the nearby English school or film academy, or just need a bed while exploring Mactan, its neighboring islands, and Cebu attractions. They have room layouts for small and large groups, plus wifi, a pool, and free drinking water. The buffet breakfast tastes good, though the selection is limited.

We spent two nights here and hadn't realized the place also operates as a school. A Christmas party went on until 9pm, which was really disruptive when we wanted to rest. The wifi was very slow, and the room TV didn't work. We had asked for one bed for two, but my wife and I ended up sleeping separately. Complimentary breakfast was the one good point, and it made up for the first night's party noise.
