I spent a couple of months at this apartment and had a fantastic stay. The front desk staff were accommodating, and our room was colorful and comfortable with a great city view. The location made it a perfect spot for a staycation.

Such a nice place, clean and cozy. The staff were very accommodating, and it felt relaxing and comfortable to stay here.

We waited more than two hours just to get our keys, which made for a terrible first impression of the agency. Our apartment in Claster 1 Newton Mactan condominium wasn’t properly cleaned. The kitchen floor and rugs were dirty, the utensils weren’t sanitized or organized, and the nonstick cooking pot was scratched enough to show the white underneath, which doesn’t seem healthy. Two stove burners were rusty and only one worked. The first rice cooker didn’t work; its replacement was oily, dirty, and not properly washed. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, but the agent said its aircon wasn’t working and was being fixed. We were put in a one-bedroom apartment with an extra mattress and told we’d move the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I stayed there for two days and had no internet or TV. Don’t rent there.
