The breakfast was a letdown. We paid $450 pesos for rice, eggs, and a choice of meat, but my partner picked beef sausage and got what was just a tender juicy hotdog. That should have been clear on the menu. We’d be better off eating somewhere else or ordering from grab. Not worth it at all. The rooms also felt very old and dirty as soon as we walked in. The floors were dusty, like nobody had cleaned them, even though we saw about 6 cleaning staff pushing one cart. Surely there were enough people to clean or maintain the rooms. On Sunday at 8 in the morning, staff were talking loudly in the hallway, which was inconsiderate to us and anyone hoping to sleep in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked one night because we were worn out from a trip. The front desk person on duty was very gentle when we arrived, but the room’s atmosphere felt off. Some switches didn’t work, and you could get an electric shock without any warning! I liked the marble walls in the comfort room, but the tub and sinks were rusty. The balcony view isn’t really worth recommending, and I hope you’ll do something about the smell in the rooms. Have a nice day!

The breakfast was tasteless, and they didn’t bring what we actually ordered. The room itself needs maintenance, it’s old and moldy, and there were lots of little cockroaches and mosquitoes. There’s a percolator but no microwave, and although there’s a range in the room, guests aren’t allowed to use it. We were asked to pay for each food item we needed heated. Expensive and so NOT WORTH IT! Pathetic!

There’s no soundproofing at all. You can hear doors opening and closing, people shouting, and the people next door talking. Outside noise woke me several times. One day I even heard someone knocking and shouting about coffee beans, as if they were selling them door to door. Security feels highly questionable. I booked a room with a bathtub, but I think they use a storage heater, and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub.

The rooms are very old, and you can both see and smell the mold. There’s no microwave, and you can’t use the range oven in the room unless you pay a fee for every item of food you need to heat. The breakfast was pathetic too, expensive and not worth it. Stay somewhere else if you don’t want to be disappointed.
