After reading Ms. Jenny Pinote’s recent review, I want to say we ran into the same problem. Communication was unprofessional. We provided plenty of documentation, but they denied any connection to the online booking platform. It’s unclear why they still let their transient or hotel name appear on public booking sites. The whole situation felt suspicious and fishy.

Please don’t book here. We made an online reservation, but the owner or representative refused to accommodate us and gave what we felt was an inadequate explanation. The interaction was contentious and unprofessional, and we couldn’t get a refund. We believe the place is operating dishonestly and strongly advise avoiding it entirely. Don’t book, ever!

There’s no elevator, so we had to climb three levels to get to our room. The statues are creepy, and there are a lot of them. The staff were very helpful, though.

I checked in at 2am with six motorbikes, and we parked them all outside the door. The place was very clean, and I loved my stay. The staff were good and really helpful. They provided warm water and coffee whenever we asked. Very awesome place, you can find it in Banaue or Ilugao, whatever you call it.
