Greenhut Pension & Bar

Check-in went smoothly, and the room and bathroom were clean. It was quiet at night, and the simple breakfast was reasonably priced. But the driveway only seems suitable for a motorbike, tricycle, or maybe a small car or truck, and the parking area is grass with a dirt and mud path to the pension house. I didn't realize it was a round, hexagon-shaped building. The rooms are triangles, so the angled walls made it hard to fit furniture. In the family room, there was one double bed near the middle and no second bed. When we asked, they brought up a foam mat, but the little patch of floor by the door barely fit it. For a family of three, the room felt too small for the price, which also seemed high for what we got.

The owner was charming and helpful. It's a really nice, peaceful place, with a lovely view behind the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. If you can, I'd choose an air-conditioned room. It's a great place to stay.

3.5 stars. Pretty decent for a short stay, with helpful, nice staff. The rooms aren't large, there's only cold water, and there was an unpleasant smell.
