There was NO HOT WATER in our room, and they wouldn't offer a change of room, even though they said other rooms had hot water. My wife, mom, sister, and five-year-old had to shower in completely COLD water. CRAZY, absolutely crazy. Be glad the husband wasn't there!

When other places weren't available, they took us in after the typhoon and gave us a taste of their warm hospitality. This hotel is reliable, accommodating, and good value for money.

The room was clean and well looked after, and the staff were helpful and nice. Room service was affordable, and the food was delicious. Our booking included a complimentary 30-minute massage at Nuat Thai. Pueblo Verde is nearby, which is convenient, though road noise from the intersection can carry into the room. Great value for money, and we'd book again.

The staff were welcoming throughout, and Madison Suites is only minutes from the airport, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I also loved the spa at Nuat Thai beside the lobby. The calming scent was especially comforting since I had a cold, and the massage was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. The massage staff seemed highly trained, and it was the best massage I've ever had. On my last night, I asked for help with my luggage because I had a 5am flight. I meant to take a quick nap, but fell into a deep sleep. The attentive staff called to wake me and made sure I caught my cab in time. Without them, I might have missed my flight. From the warm welcome when I arrived to that help at the end, it was a fantastic stay.
