The place itself is fairly nice, but management is terrible. Construction noise goes on all day, and after 10 pm delivery drivers aren't allowed into the compound, so residents have to walk to the gate to collect orders. Imagine ordering 10 liters of drinking water and groceries, then walking a kilometer there and back. Calling management clowns over rules like that would be an understatement. I don't mind the stray dogs and cats, but if they're allowed to stay in the compound, they should be looked after. Put a donation box near the office so owners can contribute to pet food and treatment. Another brick in the wall of stupid management.

The road is often dirty with dog poop, there's a bad smell near the gate, and people even let dogs swim in the pool, which feels unhygienic. Stray dogs follow me when I take out the trash, and that makes me feel unsafe.

It’s an unsanitary, inconvenient place. The hallways smell of sewage and are littered with trash, cockroaches, and rats. They keep introducing strange rules too: hang laundry on the balcony and the fine starts at 2,000 pesos, and after 10 p.m. you have to go all the way to the gate for food deliveries. It feels like a space meant for stray dogs and cats.
