We’re regular customers, and we can afford to buy our own coffee. Still, when we got coffee in the lobby, we were questioned, even though there was no sign saying the area was only for Chinese customers. We assumed it was open to everyone, whatever their nationality. Punta House lost a valued customer over coffee that cost less than 10 pesos. Such a disappointment.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself is lovely and convenient to stay at.

Clean and basic. You get a bed, aircon, and wifi, so don’t expect much beyond that.

The people were friendly and it’s a nice dive shop, but the price is at least 50% higher than it should be.

I used the dive shop there. They were great.
