This place is so cheap, but the stress really makes you curse. It’s the worst place I’ve stayed in. Some OYO properties are decent, but this one was awful. I paid through Agoda, then the front office told me at check-in that my reservation had been cancelled. Agoda customer service confirmed it was still active, but couldn’t get through to the property. The hotel continued to say it was cancelled and asked us for ₱800 to check in, twice the Agoda price. They said it would be “refunded” once Agoda sorted things out. After all that hassle, I cancelled the Agoda booking for a full refund and booked again for the next day, since we were staying two nights. The second booking cost even less thanks to my coupon and Cashgoda. But on day two, the receptionist said she’d put our reservation on hold because the rate was too low, and was trying to raise the price on Agoda. She told us to book again. Seriously, is a low rate the guest’s fault? Shouldn’t they deal with Agoda directly instead of pressuring guests? The rooms were dirty, there was NO Wi-Fi, the water smelled bad, the linens were stained, and the bathroom was moldy. The price they wanted wasn’t worth it at all, especially for those conditions. I strongly suspect they cancelled my first booking on purpose to get the ₱800 payment, since Agoda rates were only around ₱400-₱500 a night. This place shouldn’t be on OYO or Agoda. They’re damaging the platforms’ reputation. I do NOT recommend it. No professionalism, no cleanliness, and 100% stress.

We were there for three days, and the hotel demanded extra money, saying the Agoda prices weren’t the original rates. They threatened to cancel our reservation and refund us if I didn’t pay. After travelling a long way just to rest and relax, that felt extremely unfair. The whole experience felt like a scam.

The bed was nice and there was enough space, but the CR wasn’t good, and the receptionist didn’t want to talk. The alley was very dark. There was no bottled water or basic supplies for sale, so you had to walk through a dark eskinita to find drinking water. Bring water with you before going upstairs.

The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the lobby looked elegant. But the AV wasn’t working, and neither the CATV nor the Wi-Fi worked, so have your data and Netflix ready. The bathroom doorknob in our room was broken. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, this will do.

Agoda says Wi-Fi, tissue, and bedding are included, but we didn’t get any of them. Please check or update the listing properly.
