The Farm Shack by SMS Hospitality

Farm Shack Resort in Amadeo, Cavite is a peaceful, secure place to get away from the city. It’s about 20 minutes from Tagaytay Sky Ranch, and the calm atmosphere and warm hospitality make it a relaxing retreat. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a private escape.

The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the smart TV with Netflix was a nice extra in the evenings. I also liked the private outdoor area with its shower and jacuzzi, surrounded by plants and trees. We came for a few days of rest and got exactly that. The staff were lovely from the moment we arrived. Some friends joined us for a night, and we had really good food and drinks together. Breakfast was simple and very nice, brought at the time we asked for. It was a relaxing stay and good value for money.

Each casita has a private dipping pool, so we could enjoy our own little world. Our room was clean, nice, dust-free, and had no bad smell. Breakfast, drinking water refills, and ice were free, and we had a coffee press in the room. You can’t cook, but you can bring cooked food. They have a shared fridge and microwave, or you can order out. Their pancit bihon was tasty, while the pizza was just okay. It’s also pet friendly for a fee, though pets can’t go in the dipping pool and need to wear diapers. We had a good stay, and our shih enjoyed watching the huge koi in the fishpond 🥰

The heated dipping pool was our favorite part, and the free breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of choices. The whole place was so cozy and made a great setting for our anniversary. We were also struck by how picture-worthy every corner was, from the design to the surroundings. Our staycation at The Farm Shack was so much fun. The housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming when we arrived, and they made us feel right at home. We were really happy with the stay, and it made our anniversary even more special. We’d definitely recommend The Farm Shack for a relaxed, cozy getaway.
