The balcony made our room feel more spacious and relaxing, and both the room and bathroom were very clean at El Puerto Boracay. The staff were lovely, always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and assisted with everything we needed. A special thank you to Jaycel, who was responsive and helped with our concerns even before we arrived. She made everything smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the place.

Room 205 was clean and a good size for two, though it had no view. The location was great, close to the beach at station, and the simple breakfast was included and tasty. Service was a little slow when we asked for another night and a beach towel. Good value.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and well presented. The room was very clean, the nicest and cleanest we've stayed in during our three-week trip. I'd gladly come back.

The staff were hospitable and attentive, and the free breakfast meals were delicious. Check-in was easy, and they let us into the room before the official time. It's close to the beach and easy to get around from here. We'll stay again if we return to Boracay.

The pool was a little cool, but just what I needed on a hot day. The hotel is close to White Beach's lively atmosphere, with taxis, small shops, and a discreetly located laundry service nearby. My room was clean and they cleaned it whenever I asked. The staff were warm and welcoming, which was what I liked most during my seven-day stay. I would stay here again, which is unusual for me.
