Good day. January 11, 2026 | Time: 8:00 PM After my wife paid ₱33,500 for our guest, she was told to come back the next day to “authenticate” the receipt because it supposedly needed a manager’s signature. First they gave us a damaged official receipt, then replaced it with a sales invoice and told us again to return the next day for authentication. This caused unnecessary hassle and frustration. After paying ₱33,500, customers shouldn’t have to come back just to validate a receipt. The front desk staff member, Jennelyn, was rude and unhelpful, and seemed unhappy with her job.

The rooms were clean and sufficient, though a little outdated. The location is great, basically across from SM, with a nice walk to the coastal road for a stroll or jog. I had a great stay at Home Crest after my cousin recommended it. Breakfast was pretty good, and the people were very nice. Sammy Pedida and Joanne were always welcoming and smiling.

Easy to get to and in a strategic spot, with a good breakfast spread. I just wish coffee and tea were available after lunch too.

The food is good, and the conference room works well for workshops. But after two work stays of five days each, the bathrooms remain my main concern. Both times I had leaks, sometimes reaching the main room, and the bidet didn’t work, among other problems. I reported leaks as soon as I noticed them, but when I returned, nothing seemed to have been done. Management doesn’t seem proactive about fixing these issues, and at times acts as if they’re normal. I nearly slipped on a leak in the main room, which is a real hazard. Rooms used for several nights need routine maintenance checks. I hope they improve, but for now I’d rather stay elsewhere.
