Eurotel Las Pinas

We stayed here for my niece’s wedding, and I had nothing to complain about. The staff gave us prompt, good service, and the accommodations were fine. It works well when you’re hosting guests but don’t have much room at home. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing after a day of events, and the location in one of Las Pinas’ commercial hubs makes guest pickups easy. Don’t expect a scenic view from the window, though. SM is right across the road if your guests want a meal, from formal dining to fast food or snacks. For some time to themselves or a bit of shopping, there are more commercial areas toward Alabang.

We arrived at the hotel at 12mn on Jan. 6, 2026, and got into the room at 12:06am. Yet the front office cashier and supervisor said the room had been booked at 10:41pm on January 5, 2026, when we were still inside the airplane, about to take off. I asked them to check the CCTV footage of our arrival and payment at the desk. At 8:35am, the receptionist called us. We thought it was a reminder about our 10am checkout, but instead they said we had to leave by 8:41am, giving us only six minutes. We had paid through 10am, but the front office still insisted we vacate the room. After a long trip, we expected to rest. Instead, we had no chance to prepare for checkout and had to rush out in six minutes. What was the 1 hour and 19 minutes we paid for, then? It felt like a donation toward a bad and traumatic experience. Please make sure your team records check-in times accurately. Misleading customers over something like this can hurt Eurotel’s reputation with its customers.

A nightmare, I’m not going back. The receptionist put me in a PWD room even though I’m not PWD, near the construction area. I could hear the repairs from inside, so I asked to move. The replacement was on the same level and smelled like vomit, and its aircon was noisy. There’s a video. Book somewhere else.

The front desk staff member was rude and snappy, with an annoyed attitude instead of being welcoming or helpful. Why put someone like that at reception? Great. 👍🏻
