The room was cleaned without our permission, and housekeeping tried to charge us 500 pesos for a stained pillowcase. That was the last straw after the weak aircon, no hot shower, and poor water pressure. The front desk and restaurant crew also didn’t know how to approach guests properly. We’d stayed here several times and even recommended it to friends, but we won’t be coming back.

The staff were accommodating, but the rooms didn’t seem properly prepared for guests. I had to switch rooms multiple times because they were so dusty, and the bathtub was dirty. The old, rusty shower head needs replacing too. For what I paid, I expected the rooms to be cleaner and better maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I really liked the hotel’s look, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained. Walk-in guests also get free breakfast, and there’s a swimming pool.

I hope the lobby toilet is clean and comfortable on my next visit. It was the grossest hotel toilet I’ve seen in Koronadal. With the prestige and premium room prices the hotel offers, I’d expect better.
