Anniesville Condotel

We stayed for a month in this fairly clean place, but the staff didn't handle things properly. There are ten rooms and five staff members, yet we had trouble getting basic work done. One manager took a long time to prepare a contract for five to seven days, while the main manager later said we didn't need a contract for a one-month stay. They still asked us for a deposit. I told the staff several times when we planned to check out. On the day, the manager said they couldn't return the deposit because the water and electricity bills weren't ready, and that deposits were only returned later, not on checkout day. As foreign tourists leaving the country, that was a problem for us. When I asked when she'd return it, she said I was pressuring her. I thought the staff were supposed to take care of these things. It was also noisy, with roosters calling at the neighbors and trikes passing by.
