The rooms are clean, the aircon and water are consistently good, and the electrical outlets work well. Staff are nice, and there's a digital doorbell at the front for safety. No slippers are provided, so bring your own, along with shampoo, shower gel or bar soap, and toothpaste.

The rooms are small, the elevator is tiny, and the stairs are narrow, but service is great and the staff are wonderful. If you order breakfast, they bring it up to the room on time. The hallway windows have a great view of Mt. Mayon.

Friendly staff, a clean room, and a good view of Mayon volcano from the corridor. My room had no window. The AC was noisy, though I suppose that was just bad luck. It's a basic room for the price and about a five-minute walk from Old Albay Centre. Fine for a short stay.

Staff were nice and courteous. The place is good to stay in, but isn't PWD friendly: a person with a disability has to climb six steps to reach the elevator.
