SM Legazpi is right across the street, so getting around was easy. We had a great stay at Lotus after leaving another hotel, and it felt like a huge upgrade. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and everyone from the doorman to the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well kept, with a small view of Mayon Volcano. It was cloudy, but we were lucky enough to see lava flowing that evening, which was incredible. The breakfast buffet was decent. It leaned toward Chinese-style dishes, which I usually prefer later in the day, though that could just be my personal preference. There was also an omelette station, cereals with cold milk, toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

The breakfast buffet had a tasty spread with plenty of choice, and the location worked really well, within walking distance of SM mall. The staff were friendly, excellent, and quick to help. The room decor felt a little dated, though it was comfortable. I'd recommend it to travellers.

Right in the heart of the city, with major malls and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable and good, especially for a reasonable price, and the service is excellent.

The food tastes good, and the staff are kind. The TV is outdated, though, and for some reason water was leaking from the lights on the 4th floor.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with different dishes to pick from each day, and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is well maintained, with no little damages inside the room. Some rooms, probably the ones at the front, have a magnificent view of Mayon volcano. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. A really nice stay, highly recommended 👍
