We were out all day and mainly needed somewhere to sleep, so the broken TV and lack of Wi-Fi weren't a big deal for us. The place is affordable and public transport is easy to reach. Breakfast is Jollibee food. Entry to the main door uses biometric fingerprint identification, which made it feel secure. I'd consider booking here again.

If you're after the cheapest air-conditioned room in Legazpi, this worked for me. It's on the PUV route, so it's a good option if you don't have a car. The room was decent, though there's no view, and Jollibee is apparently the usual breakfast choice, as other reviewers mentioned. I checked in pretty late, at 11pm, and didn't get to ask for the Wi-Fi password, so I can't say whether it worked, even though the room was meant to be Wi-Fi ready. It's a cheap place to spend the night.

We could see Mayon Volcano from here, and management was accommodating: they let us check in early and check out an hour late. The gate uses biometrics. Breakfast is a Jollibee meal of your choice. The roof deck hasn't had much done to it, so it doesn't really invite you to hang around.

A decent bed, aircon, hot water, free breakfast, and friendly staff, all for a good price. The breakfast we received was nowhere near what we'd ordered, though, haha. The place is a bit run down and could use some sprucing up as it gets more guests. I'd stay again if I wanted basic accommodation at a fair price.
