For the low price, the standard room offered quite a lot. It was small, but very clean, with a comfortable bed, a nicely fitted bathroom, and especially good air conditioning. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the property is actually quite nice, though it isn’t plush or fancy. If a cozy room doesn’t suit you, I’d choose a queen or queen deluxe room. Standard rooms like this are common if you’ve spent time traveling in SEA.

They let us into a room at 9:00am when we arrived, instead of making us wait until the 2pm check-in, which we really appreciated. The guesthouse is clean, and the rooms are really big. The internet was a little weak, and the bed was standard for SEA. Staff were friendly and tried to help, though their English was very limited, so at times things weren’t clear. They couldn’t offer recommendations for tourist activities. SM mall is nearby for restaurants, and the bus terminal is close too. There’s also a rooftop with a nice view when the weather is good.

The place felt cozy, warm, and relaxing during my three-day stay. The staff were polite, cheerful, and very hospitable. The hosts also checked whether guests needed anything and took care of it right away.

My room was spacious, and I really liked its classic style and decor. The staff were very friendly. I arrived late and hungry because of bad weather, and they did their best to find me something to eat. They even helped with my laundry. Definitely recommended!

Breakfast had such a huge selection that I could hardly finish it. The rooms were cheap, so it’s still good value, but I’d probably look for somewhere else next time. It was hard to find, and the place is really just a house with lots of rooms. The shower leaked, and I saw some bugs.
