Hotel Inigo

We spent five days here on vacation, in a family room on level 3 overlooking the main road. It had two queen beds, cable TV, a cabinet, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel also has an elevator and a level 1 cafeteria serving breakfast all day. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and gladly brought us a table, chairs, and plates when we had family over for dinner, since our child couldn't leave the room after a medical procedure. There was no fridge or kettle, but a water dispenser at the end of the third-floor hall offered hot and cold water. Its hot setting wasn't working, though. The shower cycled from hot to warm, then cold, before getting hot again. Parking was limited, but the hotel sits on the main road with jeepney access. Assorted pili candies and native handmade products were available near the front desk. The service was great.

We originally booked one night, then returned for another because of the service. Concierge Cybel was cheerful, consistently helpful, and very pleasant. A good pick for families. Thanks for all your help, Cybel! 😊

I was being goofy in the photo, but the place itself is amazing. The room has modern amenities, 24-hour unlimited Wi-Fi, and a great selection of cable channels. No complaints, and I'd definitely recommend it. For the complimentary breakfast, try the corned beef. It's seasoned beef pieces, not the stuff from a tin, and it's really good. Trust me, you won't regret it.

We were moved to another room at 1:30 am looking for some rest. It was quieter, but very dusty, as the attached photos show. Before that, Room 2 had a lot of surrounding noise and its air conditioning was malfunctioning too, so we couldn't rest properly there either. It all began in Room 1, where we found a sizable cockroach. The air conditioning there wasn't working, and even after two maintenance staff came to look at it, we were left sweating for an extended time. Moving rooms didn't solve the problems, and the repeated disruptions made for a very disappointing stay. We expected more attention to maintenance and cleanliness from a reputable hotel, especially as paying guests. I ask management to investigate what happened, take steps to prevent this happening again, and consider compensation for the trouble and dissatisfaction we experienced.
